Hokkaido Photo Sharing

Yoyo... here are some of the photos I took at Hokkaido...




Food that I conquered at Hokkaido... Mostly the meals will have alot of sea food.


The strawberries were picked from the farm itself... They really taste very sweet and so fresh! Really... You can taste the wildness in them! haha... tasty...


This lady is the Tour Guide... she is a Singaporean but very jap! Very pretty hoh... actually her age... ok I shall not mention it. hee... and of course.. the usual tour group photo...


Over at Lake Akan... the most populat star is the MARIMO! It is kind of algae in spherical shape.. I guess many see this before at Takashimaya. It is a living thing that can grow by itself with no food fed to it. This marimo is damn popular there and we even took a cruise trip to an island, to see its ancestors! haha... It took around 30 plus years to grow 3 times its original size...


Finally... I conquered the Onsen, the public hot spring, in Japan... haha... very shiok and not as "weird" la... quite relaxing... I went to the outdoor one.. but of course la.. can't take the pic for you... haha...

A big Feast!

Wow... yesterday I went out with my cousin and intend to go chiong... but end up we din go and went around taka and wisma for a big super duper feast... we had Hokkian mee... beff noodle... Yoshinoya bento... Auntie Annie Passion Fruit... Orange Julius Mango Original drink... Takobachi... haha... yet... my cousin told me she is not full at the end of all these crazy intake! haha...

For me I also a bit siao... along the way... I bought one cargo pants, one t-shirt and one shirt. A bit ex though but I think worth it la...

At around 8pm, Korin ask me whether wanna join them for lepak session... So after meeting up them, we decided to go to Butter Factory. Haha... So end up we still go chiong. Eh... this time round, I was damn tired... So maybe became a spoiler lo... hee... forgive me ya!

Shi yong's china exploration trip

This Shi yong hoh... after conquering US, now he was at China to conquer another big brother of the world. He was very advernturous I must say... I think I can't do it man... I will be so OTK and paranoid out there man...

The Bond59 went to send him off at Budget Terminal, the terminal was erm... indeed not much was invested in it... haha... He need to check in at 4am in the morning and his flight was at 6.20 am. I tell you ah... I almost dead around that time... coz eversince back from Japan... my body clock can't adjust to nite life le... haha... coz everyday in Japan I slept at 11pm (latest) and woke up at 6am. So I was damn sleep back at the airport... erm... the mood was also maybe a bit frasturated... so my bonds... pls forgive me ya... not my true self haha...

Shi yong... please take care and take lots of pictures and do lots of blogging to update us ya! We will miss u for sure and see you in Hong Kong!!! haha

Day 7

Yoyo... I am already back home liao! Today flight is a smooth and early one... Though I actually rush to the gate. This is because.... I was eating udon soup before going thru the custom ma... then I slowly take my time to see see look look. Then I think... hmm i still got half an hour before the plane flies off... then I think again... hmm the queue at the custom may be a lot of ppl... So abit scared lo... then faster walk. While queuing for the custom... I saw a Jap lady holding on to NH 111. THATS my FLIGHT! Then I think... ok wat... I am not very late... just that the gate has opened and everyone had boarded the plane! haha... omg... so I walk damn fast and then got these two jap gal (stuff) escort me to the gate... haha.. so I actually fast march and ran there lo... Hmm wondering everyone is it waiting for me... anyway the plane departed early... so arrived Singapore also early lo...

Eh... this time round I bought a lot of food la... alot of chocolates and.... chocolates.... really... coz Hokkaido is famous of its Royce and White Lover's chocolates! So... next time u meet me... remind me to bring some for you ok!

Upon arrival... I received this private call... then my first thought was... eh??? I thought mother should be at the Airport to pick me? No leh... the number should be my home num... so end up was true that my mum was still at home... saying that my godfather can't pick me to day! omg... so I gonna take my big luggage to squeeze with all the after work ppl in the train... but end up I went to Paragon and have a dinner with my cousin. guess wat... we ate jap food... sushi te! omg... not jap food again lo... but well... ok la... still can la... hee coz free mah... haha

Eh... this was wat I bought...





BTW, sorry to mass upload my posts for the past days... coz the subsequent hotels do not have internet. So I just typed them down first then later upload.

Day 6

Day 6

Well… today I took a domestic flight from Hokkaido back to Tokyo. Went to

1) Asakusa Kannon Temple / Nakamise Shopping Street – Well… as usual… nothing much la… took photos and tried to buy something lo… I wanted to buy an amulet but the shop closed at 5pm liao… so din buy… hope can get it next time then.
2) Ueno Flea Market – Yea! I ate my favorite sesame ice cream! Really very nice le… hee. Wanted to buy some clothes… but I think I can get cheaper ones at JB haha… Bond59 / BBC... when are we going in again?
3) 100 yen shop – Bought my cousin stuff and a lip gloss…

Tml will be flying back to Singapore liao… no more shopping… I guess I will get myself a bowl of ramen at the airport before boarding the plane. I guess… I like Hokkaido la… just that I think… I will not spend so much money going there again… coz is not my cup of tea… no shopping for clothings… only chocolates and food there… Along the way in the bus… you can see nothing but mountains, trees and farms… haha… nothing else… Maybe some cows and horses lo… ah ya, you may think that these are beautiful scenery… tell me about it when you are going to see these things for 6 days! Haha…

(By right I should be posting by past few days blog online liao… but… 1050 yen (S$14) for the internet connection… I dun think I am so desperate to update my blog… haha… see ya back in Singapore!)

Places I visited

1) Marimo home – You know wat is Marimo? The green color algae le… the one you can put into a bottle one that sells in Takashimaya some time ago… then you no need to feed it… it will grow by itself one… ya… I went to see their ancestors… like bowling balls size lo… and it took like over 50 years to be that size.
2) Kushiro Fisherman’s wharf MOO – Erm… a market…. a place selling food again… nothing much… boring place!
3) Japanese Cranes – From the wild one ok… they flew around the area and they actually carry on flying around and… nothing else but flying…. Haha

Today the hotel was good! More international style and spacious… tml flying off to Tokyo liao… yeepe! And I realized that my luggage was overflowing with stuff.. think tml morning then will know whether can squeeze everything in anot…

Day 4

Day 4

This morning, I started with a jogging session along the river… guess wat… I wore a navy short and a t-shirt… and started my run. OMG… its freaking cold… But I thought ok la… just cold a bit… I should be able to reach my destination, the waterfall, where I went last evening… cannot ah… almost there liao but my head was damn painful… headache ah! Very very pain… never had such a painful headache before… So I eventually walked back to the hotel… I think was the cold that prevents my body to produce enough heat while running… and furthermore, I was loosing heat fast. That’s y I think my brain can’t take the drastic change of body temperature… anyway luckily I was alive back to the hotel… haha

Then I immediately hide myself under the blanket before I prepared myself for another round of outdoor onsen. Well… Nice scenery BUT dirty water!!! Omg… You can actually see those “dead skin”, I think, all over the water! Very disgusting… Never knew that when I went last nite… I also not sure whether my first onsen also like that anot… So… I went for a second bath before heading back to my room.. haha

Well…. Today I went to

1) Hokkaido Fox Village – erm… well… wat do u expect… play with the fox lo… and… continue to play with the fox lo… haha… nothing else
2) Pink Moss Garden – Well… all the sakura had already dead! Left an area of 5m x 5m pink moss only… so erm… also nothing much…. Haha
3) An active volcanic place – erm… also nothing much except that the volcano mountain keep smoking none stop…. Ok that’s lame I know.
4) A lake – Erm… over here, if you can take a photo of the lake with the so call legendary dinosaur emerging from the water… you will be awarded 100,000 yen. I am thinking of photoshopping it haha…

That’s all folks… btw, the hotel sucks.. and I got this weird feeling for the whole nite! You got wat I mean ya!
