Hokkaido Photo Sharing

Yoyo... here are some of the photos I took at Hokkaido...




Food that I conquered at Hokkaido... Mostly the meals will have alot of sea food.


The strawberries were picked from the farm itself... They really taste very sweet and so fresh! Really... You can taste the wildness in them! haha... tasty...


This lady is the Tour Guide... she is a Singaporean but very jap! Very pretty hoh... actually her age... ok I shall not mention it. hee... and of course.. the usual tour group photo...


Over at Lake Akan... the most populat star is the MARIMO! It is kind of algae in spherical shape.. I guess many see this before at Takashimaya. It is a living thing that can grow by itself with no food fed to it. This marimo is damn popular there and we even took a cruise trip to an island, to see its ancestors! haha... It took around 30 plus years to grow 3 times its original size...


Finally... I conquered the Onsen, the public hot spring, in Japan... haha... very shiok and not as "weird" la... quite relaxing... I went to the outdoor one.. but of course la.. can't take the pic for you... haha...

A big Feast!

Wow... yesterday I went out with my cousin and intend to go chiong... but end up we din go and went around taka and wisma for a big super duper feast... we had Hokkian mee... beff noodle... Yoshinoya bento... Auntie Annie Passion Fruit... Orange Julius Mango Original drink... Takobachi... haha... yet... my cousin told me she is not full at the end of all these crazy intake! haha...

For me I also a bit siao... along the way... I bought one cargo pants, one t-shirt and one shirt. A bit ex though but I think worth it la...

At around 8pm, Korin ask me whether wanna join them for lepak session... So after meeting up them, we decided to go to Butter Factory. Haha... So end up we still go chiong. Eh... this time round, I was damn tired... So maybe became a spoiler lo... hee... forgive me ya!

Shi yong's china exploration trip

This Shi yong hoh... after conquering US, now he was at China to conquer another big brother of the world. He was very advernturous I must say... I think I can't do it man... I will be so OTK and paranoid out there man...

The Bond59 went to send him off at Budget Terminal, the terminal was erm... indeed not much was invested in it... haha... He need to check in at 4am in the morning and his flight was at 6.20 am. I tell you ah... I almost dead around that time... coz eversince back from Japan... my body clock can't adjust to nite life le... haha... coz everyday in Japan I slept at 11pm (latest) and woke up at 6am. So I was damn sleep back at the airport... erm... the mood was also maybe a bit frasturated... so my bonds... pls forgive me ya... not my true self haha...

Shi yong... please take care and take lots of pictures and do lots of blogging to update us ya! We will miss u for sure and see you in Hong Kong!!! haha

Day 7

Yoyo... I am already back home liao! Today flight is a smooth and early one... Though I actually rush to the gate. This is because.... I was eating udon soup before going thru the custom ma... then I slowly take my time to see see look look. Then I think... hmm i still got half an hour before the plane flies off... then I think again... hmm the queue at the custom may be a lot of ppl... So abit scared lo... then faster walk. While queuing for the custom... I saw a Jap lady holding on to NH 111. THATS my FLIGHT! Then I think... ok wat... I am not very late... just that the gate has opened and everyone had boarded the plane! haha... omg... so I walk damn fast and then got these two jap gal (stuff) escort me to the gate... haha.. so I actually fast march and ran there lo... Hmm wondering everyone is it waiting for me... anyway the plane departed early... so arrived Singapore also early lo...

Eh... this time round I bought a lot of food la... alot of chocolates and.... chocolates.... really... coz Hokkaido is famous of its Royce and White Lover's chocolates! So... next time u meet me... remind me to bring some for you ok!

Upon arrival... I received this private call... then my first thought was... eh??? I thought mother should be at the Airport to pick me? No leh... the number should be my home num... so end up was true that my mum was still at home... saying that my godfather can't pick me to day! omg... so I gonna take my big luggage to squeeze with all the after work ppl in the train... but end up I went to Paragon and have a dinner with my cousin. guess wat... we ate jap food... sushi te! omg... not jap food again lo... but well... ok la... still can la... hee coz free mah... haha

BTW, sorry to mass upload my posts for the past days... coz the subsequent hotels do not have internet. So I just typed them down first then later upload.

Day 6

Well… today I took a domestic flight from Hokkaido back to Tokyo. Went to

1) Asakusa Kannon Temple / Nakamise Shopping Street – Well… as usual… nothing much la… took photos and tried to buy something lo… I wanted to buy an amulet but the shop closed at 5pm liao… so din buy… hope can get it next time then.
2) Ueno Flea Market – Yea! I ate my favorite sesame ice cream! Really very nice le… hee. Wanted to buy some clothes… but I think I can get cheaper ones at JB haha… Bond59 / BBC... when are we going in again?
3) 100 yen shop – Bought my cousin stuff and a lip gloss…

Tml will be flying back to Singapore liao… no more shopping… I guess I will get myself a bowl of ramen at the airport before boarding the plane. I guess… I like Hokkaido la… just that I think… I will not spend so much money going there again… coz is not my cup of tea… no shopping for clothings… only chocolates and food there… Along the way in the bus… you can see nothing but mountains, trees and farms… haha… nothing else… Maybe some cows and horses lo… ah ya, you may think that these are beautiful scenery… tell me about it when you are going to see these things for 6 days! Haha…

(By right I should be posting by past few days blog online liao… but… 1050 yen (S$14) for the internet connection… I dun think I am so desperate to update my blog… haha… see ya back in Singapore!)

Places I visited

1) Marimo home – You know wat is Marimo? The green color algae le… the one you can put into a bottle one that sells in Takashimaya some time ago… then you no need to feed it… it will grow by itself one… ya… I went to see their ancestors… like bowling balls size lo… and it took like over 50 years to be that size.
2) Kushiro Fisherman’s wharf MOO – Erm… a market…. a place selling food again… nothing much… boring place!
3) Japanese Cranes – From the wild one ok… they flew around the area and they actually carry on flying around and… nothing else but flying…. Haha

Today the hotel was good! More international style and spacious… tml flying off to Tokyo liao… yeepe! And I realized that my luggage was overflowing with stuff.. think tml morning then will know whether can squeeze everything in anot…

Day 4

Day 4

This morning, I started with a jogging session along the river… guess wat… I wore a navy short and a t-shirt… and started my run. OMG… its freaking cold… But I thought ok la… just cold a bit… I should be able to reach my destination, the waterfall, where I went last evening… cannot ah… almost there liao but my head was damn painful… headache ah! Very very pain… never had such a painful headache before… So I eventually walked back to the hotel… I think was the cold that prevents my body to produce enough heat while running… and furthermore, I was loosing heat fast. That’s y I think my brain can’t take the drastic change of body temperature… anyway luckily I was alive back to the hotel… haha

Then I immediately hide myself under the blanket before I prepared myself for another round of outdoor onsen. Well… Nice scenery BUT dirty water!!! Omg… You can actually see those “dead skin”, I think, all over the water! Very disgusting… Never knew that when I went last nite… I also not sure whether my first onsen also like that anot… So… I went for a second bath before heading back to my room.. haha

Well…. Today I went to

1) Hokkaido Fox Village – erm… well… wat do u expect… play with the fox lo… and… continue to play with the fox lo… haha… nothing else
2) Pink Moss Garden – Well… all the sakura had already dead! Left an area of 5m x 5m pink moss only… so erm… also nothing much…. Haha
3) An active volcanic place – erm… also nothing much except that the volcano mountain keep smoking none stop…. Ok that’s lame I know.
4) A lake – Erm… over here, if you can take a photo of the lake with the so call legendary dinosaur emerging from the water… you will be awarded 100,000 yen. I am thinking of photoshopping it haha…

That’s all folks… btw, the hotel sucks.. and I got this weird feeling for the whole nite! You got wat I mean ya!

Another great day for me…

I had visited
1) Kitaichi Glass Complex / Otaru Music Box Museum – This place resembles Europe. The buildings and streets are like those in Europe countries. Very nice. Though… of course Europe is better la… Those accessories containers in the shops are damn nice! Very very nice. If I were a gal… I will buy like 10 come back…

2) Ishiya Chocolate Factory – Another wonderful and kids’ dreamland as the whole place was so nicely decorated. Many things to see esp how they pack the chocolate… the production line… I managed to try to decorate my own! Yea! Next time show u guys!

3) Ginga-no-taki and Ryujei-no-taki waterfalls – They are known as the men and lady waterfall… coz one the water rush down faster than the other… haha… wat an explanation rite… Not bad… Coz I think this was my first time saw a real waterfall… haha… suo ku rite…

Today’s hotel was great! Coz I was sleeping at the Tatami.. the traditional jap sleeping place.. those straw mattresses placed on the floor one le… ya.. those in the movies kind… then the onsen… another outdoor one! Wow… tml morning I planned to wake up early and then go for a run… coz I really wanna run around and see the mountains and rivers and waterfalls around here… then go back to have another round of onsen outdoor bath! Yea! (btw… it is not that bad to sit beside one another to bathe… haha)

Today, I had visited quite a number of places. They are

1) Shiraoi Ainu Village – They are one of the very first to stay in Hokkaido many hundreds years ago (actually… I din pay attention to the speaker… haha… so dunno the exact number of years). Hmm… To me… ok lo… norm… I think I dunno how to appreciate la… Coz I keep looking at those dead dried fishes hanging on the ceiling… and keep wondering… will they taste salty or tasteless… haha
2) Sou-betsu Fruit Farm – Wow wow wow… I actually picked my own strawberries right from the farm! Very great experience! And those strawberries… Mmmm… Very sweet and most importantly… you can really taste the freshness in them!!! By the way, this farm also grows other kind of fruits. But in this season, they produce strawberries only… Other fruits such as cherry and apple.
3) Mt Showa / Bear Ranch – Erm… another piece of boiling lava kept under a piece of rock… haha… And the bears are quite cute actually…. This is my first time seeing bears and they are quite fun to play with… (of course not literally la).
4) Odori Park – Burberry (blue and black label) crazy shopping spree for those aunties… I actually went with them and gave them advice. I should go to the underground shopping centre for my stuff.. But I din… also dunno why… Anyway black label is too ex for me to buy la… so din catch any. In this blue label shop. I saw a very Ayumi kind of salesgal… Then I was thinking of taking photo with her ma… and she said… JioToMaTe (meaning wait for a moment)… Then I stupidly wait while she went to carry on with her work like folding clothes etc… coz I thought she need to attend to customer or something impt to do ma… but after she started to fold her clothes… I KNEW IT!!! She is hanging there selling herself! Haha… so I also dun wanna be a freak standing there hoping she will take with me… so I left lo… haha… Not very pai sei la though…

After that we went back to the hotel… This was my first time trying the onsen, hot spring, coz last time in Tokyo I din try ma… then I went this time lo… Luckily I went…is outdoor onsen!!! Very nice and cooling at nite… The water is very hot of course and your blood will really rush through out ur body one… the feeling is like when u get drunk… your pulse will become faster….

Guess wat… My International Multiplug is SPOLIT!!!! ARGGG…. Angry! I dunno why… By right is working properly on the first nite… but this time doesn’t work… got internet but no power… then I also paisei to borrow from other passengers at such late hour… that’s y I din post this blog on the 2nd day.

Day 1 in Hokkaido, Sapporo

Hihi... I am not at Sapporo, Hokkaido. Before logging on to the internet, I had confirmed twice with the front desk that the internet is free for using... so now abit paranoid that they will ask me to pay for the internet the next morning.

And I got a shock when I log on to blogspot. Everything is in JAP! Omg.. so I can only rely on my memory to tell me which link is to post and which link is to edit and so on... haha...

Before I start, I must really thank the Chans for fetching me to the airport! no joke ok... meet 5.30am and must reach aiport by 6am. Then for them, they still need to collect the car at 5am. Wow... really early and consider they just came back last nite from Europe. THANK YOU!!!

Today was a bit bad when we arrived at Narita Airpot, Tokyo. Some of the stupid passengers took the lauggage and went out to the arrivial hall without informing me. So I waited for these 3 idiots until I check that there were no more lauggage on the belt and thus convinced myself and went out to the arrival hall as well. The story hasn't ended here. Another 3 smart alex went to do domestic check in without the boarding passes which are still with me. Then the airport personel still can let them check in. OMG!!! A bit HO HA here and there then end up I met my tour guide. I think I shall not judge her now since I still dunno her yet. So I must be more positive towards her decisions. Haiz... at Changi airpot there is a little chaos in the seating arrangements and the way to do domestic transfer. Then now at Narita also like that. Haiz... SO CHAOS. or is it me? haha

THE SAD THING! The tour guide said there is no time for the FACTORY OUTLET!!! OMG! I can't believe it. I planned my shopping spree route liao. Then she said that will not happen! SAD! My outlet... my addidas... just less than 1 Km away, yet I have no fate in getting them home to Singapore. Sad... Bo bian... now the shops are closed and will not be opened anytime before we left. No Fate!

So now I have to shop more whenever there is stuff to buy. But in Hokkaido there are only mountains, grass and lakes to see... sightseeing all the way... no shopping! OMG. Think this time I can only look forward for the hot spring. Which I still dunno whether I wanna go anot... shy ma... ha.

I hope that the hotel tml will also have free internet access. Then I can continue to blog! Yea! cross my fingers for now.

Chans and friends

Yea... finally Guo Hao and Hui Yee are back from Europe! Today, Yuhua, Shiyong, Kelvin and I went to pick them up at the airport. We went to have an Indonesian dinner and also some desserts at the foodcourt and finally ended up at Coffee Bean.

From the Chans, we got a brief understanding on the lifestyle and culture of Italy and Rome. And I guess we had lots to toke again when we see their photos one day. So exciting to see the photos la...

Most importantly, the Chans brought everyone of us a great surprise! They bought us LV! Yes... is LV! For myself, I got a passport holder coz they know that I wanna go for Air Steward... So a passport holder will be the best present for me. And I really love it. Coz I also have been thinking of owning one... but just that too ex to have one. hee... Previously, I placed my passport in a transparent plastic bag and just carry with me around... so whenever I need to take my passport, I will need to discretely put my hands into my bag, then remove the plastic bag before taking out the passport. Haha... so unglam rite... but now... no need liao lo!

And I guess the other 3 who recevied the presents must be damn happy. Especially yuhua... coz she got the organiser one... she is really very happy about it. Coz this is one of the stuff she has been longing for...

Tml I will be flying off to Japan liao... And because of all these oversea thingy... I found that I have some how lost some touch with my friends... I got this weird feeling when meeting some of my friends... Some how I have miss out something and thus being outcast... Hmm... the feeling is definately not very good. There is something I wanna say... but i think better not... hmm... So my dear friends out there... be more kind to me pls.... hee.

For the last trip in Japan, I really enjoyed my tour. At the same time, whenever I see something... I will think of my friends. For example,
when I see LV, I will think of yuhua.
When I see Polo T, I will think of Ah fat.
When I see chocolates and sweets, I will think of Hui yee.
When I see badminton stuff, I will think of Shiyong.
When I see jersey, esp yellow, orange or red colors one, I will think of Kelvin. When I see very interesting necklace, I will think of my cousin.
When I see "" magazines, I will think of buying one for Matt.
When I see addidas stuff, I will think of winnie.
When I see caps, I will think of Linda.
When I see gold color bags and purse, I will think of Korin.
When I see sponch bob, I will think of Eleen.
When I see black choc, I will think of Joe.
And there are many of you out there that I will definatley think of u when I see something relating to u.... ok. U may think that I abit bo liao saying so many things like that.

Just wanna let u, my friend, know that we are friends forever! Always!

Singapore Drivers

Today, I drove my friends to the airport as they were going to Italy for holiday. Along the way to and from the airport, I realised that many Singapore drivers DO NOT SIGNAL their thier intentions! I was rather disturbed by all these inconsiderate drviers. You may think that not signalling is a small issue. Yes indeed, but this also show how courteous Singapore drivers are on the road. There was this particular incident when I was drving on the most right hand lane along ECP. There was this farking car high beam me!!! Meaning asking me to give way to him as he was driving faster than me lo! I was at my speed limit and if he was damn in a hurry... then please change ur lane and overtake. Dun come and high beam those cars which are driving correctly.

Why I am so disturbed... last time I wasn't. The reason was that after I came back from Japan... I realised that Singapore drivers really have no courtousy and rude to the road users. In Japan... those front line cars at the junction when red traffic lights were on, they turned off their headlights so that those glaring lights do not cause discomfort for those drove pass in front of them. So considering rite...

I tell you... when Singapore drivers do this, then you can go and buy toto liao... it will never happen one!

Anyway thats all... Hate Singapore Drivers.

Conquered Food in Honshu

There were many great food in Japan! I ate alot but did not manage to take all the pictures of these great food. Here are some of the food that I had.


These are those main meals I had... I like the katsu one... the fried chicken... wow... very nice... really


Basically I kept eating Ice cream... hahah... but I never tried the green tea one... also dunno y... haha.... there is one that is egg flavour... taste like vanila...

Alright... next time maybe post more videos on Universal Studios and Disney Land.

7 Days Honshu Experience

Yea!!! Finally I am back from Japan... Haha... where should I start with... I had been to many different tourists attractions and all of them were really fantastic... and guess wat... Mt Fuji SNOW!!! The tour guide said that it was damn rare to snow in Jun! So this was my first time in snow and the feeling was damn COLD!!! haha... very cold... my hands was numb for almost half an hour and I still need to bare the pain in my hands by taking photographs! haha... really great effort ok...

Shall not talk too much... let the pictures say my experience in Japan!!!


I was at Tokyo Disney Land... damn crowded... the people almost flow out from the disneyland... everything need to queue.. not only rides, food, toilets... even take photo at a popular background also need to queue!!! I queued half an hour for a bloody popcorn lo... PERSISTENT rite... haha


Universal Studios at OSAKA... This place was less crowded... and the rides were very fun... Spiderman and the Dream Ride (rollercoaster) were my best one!


Asakusa Kannon Temple, the oldest temple in Tokyo... the tour guide said must take photo with this red lantern... if not we dun consider come to this place before.. haha so I took like 30 plus pic... haha


Mt Fuji 5th station. At first, it was just raining heavily and everyone was said coz may not be able to reach th station due to the bad weather... who knows... when we reached the 5th station... it snowed... omg... I almost fainted lo... so nice and beautiful... we were lucky to see snow in jun at mt fuji! yea!

Kinkakuj, the "Golden Pavilion". The garden and the golden pavilion... no words to describe... simply too beautiful liao... the leaves were so green and everything just fall in place perfectly...


Not forgetting.. taking pic with those who wore Kimono. They all really effort le... the weather is not really cold on that day and they can wear this walk around... haha.. not hot meh...

Ha.. then I took with this girl and guy... coz I found them walking very slowly... very gracfully down the slope... somemore got umbrella. haha... then I intiate to take pic with them... after all the chicken and duck conversation... I told them "Singapore" then pointing to myself... haha then the guy suddenly say "ta shou ta shi chong Xin Jia Bo lai de"!!! Omg... he can speak chinese... then I prasied him your chinese is very good... are you from local? Then he said.. they are from TAIWAN!!! omg... i was so shocked... they actually rent the jap costume and walk around in the area to experience the fun and joy..kaoz haha... so end up very funny... haha

Last and not least... this staff at Universal Studio was damn funny... he was there to help people to take photos at the JAWS and everytime after taking a photo.. he will.... see for yourself... (damn good effort I must say!)

Luckily all the measles and the stupid computer fault at Haneada airport were not affecting the trip at all... thanks to those who prayed for me! haha...
And I woke up everyday on time le... haha.. cannot believe it rite... coz I brought a damn powerful alarm clock there hee... if I woke up late... I DIE!!! DIE horribly...
